Delivery and Returns
The shipping expenses of your order will be calculated based on the weight of your parcel and its final destination. Below you will find the estimated rates for your location. KELLY KILBY offers only one delivery method, Standard Home Delivery (2-8 working days depending on the final destination) - it's more eco-friendly, no need for express delivery when you've already been waiting 3-4 months (production time) to enjoy your fancy school outfits. If you order a product in stock on the website and need an urgent delivery, let us know by e-mailing us at : email@example.com
If you want to surprise someone for their birthday or any other special event, make sure to let us know your special instructions when you order.
For pre-orders, we will send you an email to verify your shipping address before shipping - it is possible that your postal address has changed in 3-4 months, let us know or modified your address on your member account.
Delivery times (approximately 2-8 days) are calculated from the moment of payment confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail. The preparation of deliveries only takes place during working days. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays. Orders placed after midnight on Thursday may be processed on Friday but will not be shipped until Monday.
In the event of any exceptional circumstances that are out of our control, KELLY KILBY will contact you as soon as possible. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
KELLY KILBY is not responsible for any foreign duties you may incur by having items shipped outside of France. The receiving party will always be responsible for additional duties and taxes to be collected by foreign governments and agencies.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try it on in the comfort of your home and if you need to return it, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
To edit your return label, e-mailing us to : email@example.com, with :
- Purchaser's first and last names
- Order number
- Sender's address (postal address)
- Item(s) you are returning
- Exchange or Return
We will then send you a prepaid label if your order is still eligible for a return. Shipping charges for your return will be deducted from your refund.
Returned Products are always inspected. Any incomplete, damaged, used or dirty returned Product will not be accepted and may, at KELLY KILBY’s discretion, be returned to you, at your expense, or be kept by KELLY KILBY. Under no circumstances can a refund or exchange be accepted for returned products that are incomplete, damaged, used or dirty.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our office and then 5-10 working days for your bank to credit the refund to your account.
