Any order placed on the website www.kellykilby.com is subject to the reading and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the terms of use of our services and the sale of products on the Website. If you do not accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not be able to use our services or place an order.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended at any time, provided that each order placed on the Website is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time the order is placed.

All orders imply acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the price and description of the products comprising the order. The products for sale are those appearing on the Website on the date of the customer's visit, subject to product availability.

The greatest attention is paid to the presentation of products on the Website to ensure compliance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible of the cancellation of the order or part of it. Therefore, any order placed for an unavailable product, for which payment has been made, will be fully refunded as soon as possible, or if applicable, a voucher for the corresponding amount will be offered to the customer, valid on the entire site.

The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, within the time frame specified on the Website at the time of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products. In case of delivery delays, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and a new delivery date will be proposed. In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances (strike, bad weather, epidemic, etc.), the delivery time may be extended without notice.

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery charges. The total price of the order (products and delivery charges) will be displayed before validating the order. Payment can be made by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the Website. Payment will be considered as made upon validation of the order.

All products sold on the website benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and a guarantee against hidden defects. If a product does not correspond to the description given on the website, the customer can return it within 14 days of receipt, and will be fully refunded. If the product is damaged or defective, the customer can return it within 30 days of receipt, and will be offered either a full refund or a product exchange. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The personal data collected during the order are intended for the management of the order and the commercial relationship between the website and the customer. The website is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data and not to disclose them to third parties. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her, by sending an email to the address indicated on the website.
