Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return an item, we have put in place a simple and user-friendly return policy to make it easy for you.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return it. If you want to return an item, please contact us at the following email address: hello@kellykilby.com. Please include the following information in your email:

• Buyer's name and surname
• Order number
• Sender's address (postal address)
• Item(s) being returned
• Exchange or return

If your order can be returned, we will send you a prepaid label to facilitate the process. Please note that the shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your refund.

We will inspect all returned products. Any incomplete, damaged, used, or dirty product returned will not be accepted and may, at our discretion, be returned to you at your expense or be kept by KELLY KILBY. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for products returned in this condition.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed in our offices and 5-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund to your account. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
